These Terms of Use apply to your use of sleekbaitco.com and purchases made from Sleek Bait Co. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced on the site.

Products and availability

Sleek Bait Co. offers small-batch fishing baits and related products. Colors, flake distribution, laminates, and other hand-poured characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or from one batch to another. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical, pricing, product-description, or availability errors before fulfillment. An order may be declined or canceled when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, payment problems, or inaccurate product information. If payment has already been captured for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping

The online store currently ships within the United States. Standard website shipping is $5 for qualifying merchandise subtotals under $50 and free for qualifying merchandise subtotals of $50 or more, unless a different shipping option or promotion is clearly shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns, order problems, and refunds

If you are unhappy with an order or believe an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or otherwise problematic, contact sales@sleekbaitco.com with your order information. Return, replacement, or refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the circumstances, product condition, order details, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Fishing and product use

Fishing involves hooks, lines, water, boats, wildlife, weather, and other hazards. Use products responsibly, follow manufacturer instructions for any tackle used with Sleek Bait products, supervise children, and comply with local fishing and boating rules. Soft-plastic baits are not food and should be kept away from children and pets when not being used as intended.

Website content

Site text, graphics, logos, photographs, product names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sleek Bait Co. unless otherwise indicated. You may use the site for normal personal shopping and informational purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without permission.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Sleek Bait Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such limitations are legally permitted.
